How to request deletion
To permanently delete your TrophyDex account and all associated data, send an email from the address linked to your account to:

Use the subject line:
Delete my TrophyDex account
We will confirm the request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email and hashed password)
- Your linked PSN ID
- Custom banner image and trophy showcase configuration
- Wishlist, tracking list, and hidden games preferences
- Premium subscription record (the subscription itself is managed by Google Play — see below)
What is retained
For fraud prevention, legal compliance, and abuse detection, the following data may be retained for a limited period:
- Server access logs (IP address, request timestamps) — up to 30 days
- Anonymized aggregate analytics (no longer linked to your identity) — indefinitely
- Purchase records required by tax law — up to 7 years, as required by jurisdiction
Public PSN trophy data shown in the app is fetched live from Sony's PlayStation Network API and is not stored by TrophyDex beyond short-lived caches.
Active subscription?
If you have an active Premium subscription, you must cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Otherwise you may continue to be billed.
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Tap TrophyDex Premium → Cancel subscription
Partial data deletion
You can delete individual pieces of data without deleting your whole account, directly from inside the app:
- Wishlist: tap the heart icon on any game to remove it
- Tracking: long-press a tracked game and choose Remove
- Hidden games: Settings → Hidden games → Restore
- Showcase: Profile → Edit showcase → remove individual trophies
- Custom banner: Settings → Banner → Reset to default
